Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I send my artwork to you?
    You will receive a mailer box that includes a shipping label to mail back to us. Depending on your package, you can add up to the number of items included.
  • Can I get all the original art pieces back?
    Yes, by paying an additional $10, you can get your artworks back. If you didn’t, don’t worry! We will keep your artworks for 30 calendar days in case you change your mind.
  • How soon can we get the digital copies?
    In 7-10 business days (excluding major and federal holidays), you will receive a link to download the pictures. The link will expire in 15 calendar days.
  • Can we share and/or use the pictures however we want it?
    Yes, we just ask that you tag us and mention us in your captions or descriptions if you’re sharing them on social media — @kidsmemorybank
  • What types of artwork can I send? Do you preserve anything else?
    Are you tired of having large, bulky art pieces collecting dust around your house and taking up storage? Great news, we can photograph all types of art that will not only clear up your home, but will preserve it. You can add anything to the artbox we ship to you. Art pieces cannot exceed 11x17 size. We have preserved a large array of art work; paintings, drawings, cardboard art, essays, awards, certificates, glitter, feathers, googly eyes, pipe cleaners, and some 3D pieces.   • What size box is shipped to me to add my artwork in?
    The size of our boxes is 23x13x3.
